This section originated because of operator's comments made over the years and because we recognise that many of the problems faced on site have already been experienced and solved by other operators.

It is also often the case that as operators  you work in isolated situations, without readily available assistance. Your role is vital to the successful operation and maintenance of your treatment plant and to achieving a consistently  high quality of effluent output. This section is intended to provide a communication channel between operators.
